Integration-facing trace for a run: the public (upl.public) spans from the coordinator's trace store — the step's real work (S3 source-fetch / blob-PUT + meta RPCs). Internal coordinator spans are filtered out. Scoped to the run's integration owner like the other run-observation RPCs.
