Mark Run Started

POST
/uplim.api.v1.InternalPipelineRunsService/MarkRunStarted

Moves a QUEUED run to RUNNING and stamps started_at. Has no effect on a run in any other status or an unknown id.

Access: internal only — the pipeline coordinator, authenticated by the shared X-Upl-Internal-Token header matching PIPELINE_INTERNAL_TOKEN (FailedPrecondition when unset, Unauthenticated on mismatch). No user authentication.
